Welcome to the Lough Pool Inn
Jim and Jo welcome you to the Lough Pool Inn at Sellack near to Ross on Wye.
Set in the midst of the beautiful Herefordshire countryside this black and white listed building has been welcoming visitors as an inn since the 1840s. After being closed for the early part of 2011 the The Lough Pool is now fully open and welcoming visitors again. During the summer months our gardens must be one of the most idyllic places to site and enjoy a drink or meal with just the sound of birds or maybe the passing horses from the local stables for accompaniment. When you do have to move inside we have a traditional bar area with lots of oak beams and two log burning stoves which make for a warm welcome on those chilly nights.
Real ale from the Wye Valley brewery is always available and with a pump just for guest beers those that appreciate good ale will be accommodated. Our wine list very much reflects current trends and tastes and is regularly updated as demand dictates. On the food side we can offer the usual range of bar snacks or you can choose to eat in our restaurant. Our aim is to provide a good mix of traditional and modern food for your enjoyment and menus change frequently to reflect this. Booking is advisable so please give us a ring.
Thanks for looking at our web page and we hope to see you at the Lough Pool.
Jim and Jo.
